I am here. At booth 1734. Alllllll week long. Come buy a print or original drawing!

Hurray for Comic-Con!
For the next few weeks, you can purchase original drawings and paintings from my show at Giant Robot S.F. with the click of a mouse. Hello, 3am impulse shoppers!

Most drawings are priced under $200 (and many of them come framed)!

Snatch ‘em up while you can at www.gr-sf.com.

FAN DEATH!

Limited edition of 100, 18 x 25 inch (large!), 3-colors (electric blue, orange, and forest green) on cream paper. Printed by the lovely Jordan Rae. Brighter in person, this picture doesn’t do the crazy 70’s palette justice! Only $25 each.
This drawing was inspired by the belief that if you sleep in a room with an electric fan running overnight, it will kill you. I’m not lying, read more about it HERE.
The hot weather in Brooklyn has led to some informal tests of this theory, and luckily I seem to be immune to fan death. SO FAR.
If you’d like a print, simply Paypal $25 + $5 shipping to me at: lisahanawalt@gmail.com. You might even get an extra goody in there! Wink!
That’s right, for 24 hours only you may purchase a Lady Pugaga shirt at www.teefury.com. Show off your love of pugs, Lady Gaga, fashion and/or bad puns for only nine bucks!

Stop calling, stop calling, I won’t have any extras after Saturday, so don’t miss out!

What the heck? I’m in a book!

“I Saw You…” is an anthology of hilarious comics based on missed connection ads collected from Craigslist, weeklies and newspapers. Edited by Julia Wertz of the Fart Party, it includes nearly 100 cartoonists such as Peter Bagge, Jesse Reklaw, Alec Longstreth, Sam Henderson, Laura Park, Aaron Renier, Janelle Hessig, Gabrielle Bell, Austin English, Calvin Wong, Jeffrey Brown, Minty Lewis, Joey Sayers, David Malki, Kazimir Strzepek, Ken Dahl, Mari Naomi, Abby Denson, Damien Jay, Sarah Glidden, and many more.
Read more about it here, order it from Amazon.

I’ve got an interview up on Austin English’s blog, 20 Questions with Cartoonists.
I love reading the other interviews on there…learning different artists’ daily routines (draw ALL THE TIME, NEVER STOP) and the types of pens they like to use (PENTEL POCKET BRUSH)…

Check out the bizarre and beautiful interpretations on Covered, including my own monstrosity:

My comics page now has functional shopping cart buttons! If you’ve come this far, it must be because you want to spend some money.
Great news! You can now purchase my newest mini comic from the wonderful Buenaventura Press. I dare you to find a better way to regret spending $6.

“It is a rare breed indeed that is able to so successfully pair excellent draftsmanship with retarded hilarity. This mini feels like a personal sketchbook without any of the crappy parts.”
See? Retarded and not crappy. My chicken chest swells with pride.
